Service Description
These beginners will learn to become comfortable jumping into the water with and without a PFD. They’ll also learn how to open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath underwater. Floats, glides and kicking skills are introduced. It is recommended that participants wear a swim shirt to protect your skin from the sun and limit the amount of sunscreen application. Before Classes Begin: If you registered, but are now no longer able to make the classes, please let us know as soon as possible. We require 14 calendar days notice and offer 100% refund. After Classes Start: There are no refunds or credits for classes after the start of the first class.
