PRESCHOOL AGES 3-5 YEARS
Little Swimmers Beginner
This class is designed for a preschooler who has not been enrolled in swim lessons before. They will learn pool rules, PFD orientation, entries and exits in shallow water, breath control, and submersion. They will discover developing swimmer skills such as front and back floats, glides and kicking with gradual progression to eventually performing these skills on their own.
Little Swimmers Intermediate

This class is designed for a preschooler who has taken swimming lessons before and feels confident in the water. They will learn how to call 911, practice pool safety, swim with a PFD, entries and exits in deep water, rhythmic breathing and submersion. They will perform developing swimmer skills as progressions to front and back crawl, introduction to breaststroke kick and dolphin Kick. We will work to improve their self safety skills of treading water and build their endurance.
Little Swimmers Advanced
This class is designed for a preschooler who is confident in the water and can swim comfortably on their front and back. They will learn boat safety, symptoms of hypothermia and practice pool safety, swimming with a PFD, entries and exits and swimming in deep water. They will build endurance while working on technique for front and back crawl and be introduced to breaststroke and butterfly.
