Service Description
This class is designed for a preschooler who has not been enrolled in swim lessons before. They will learn pool rules, PFD orientation, entries and exits in shallow water, breath control, and submersion. They will discover developing swimmer skills such as front and back floats, glides and kicking with gradual progression to eventually performing these skills on their own. It is recommended that participants wear a swim shirt to protect your skin from the sun and limit the amount of sunscreen application. Cancellation Policy
Before Classes Begin: If you are registered, but are now no longer able to make the classes, please let us know as soon as possible. We can only give refunds if reasonable time permits to find a replacement. Payment fees will not be refunded. After Classes Start: There are no refunds or credits for classes after the start of the first class. *Note: If your child ends up needing a more appropriate swim level, please chat with your instructor. Any changes to classes after start date are at the discretion of 947 Swim. Need to Miss a Class? If you or your child need to miss a class due to vacation, illness, scheduling, etc. please let your instructor know. We are unfortunately not able to offer make ups, credits or transfers, but will gladly see you at the next class! Classes cancelled by 947 Swim will be rescheduled if possible (excluding classes cancelled due to a weather event or power outage). Classes missed by students are non refundable. Every so often we have to cancel a class when it doesn't hit the minimum registration numbers. If this happens, you will be notified at minimum 14 days before the start date of the program. We'll always try to move you (or your child) to another class, and of course it that doesn't work out, we'll issue a full refund.
