Cancellations & Refunds

Before Classes Begin: If you are registered, but are now no longer able to make the classes, please let us know as soon as possible. We can only give refunds if reasonable time permits to find a replacement. Payment fees will not be refunded.

 

After Classes Start: There are no refunds or credits for classes after the start of the first class.

 

*Note: If your child ends up needing a more appropriate swim level, please chat with your instructor. Any changes to classes after start date are at the discretion of 947 Swim.

 

Need to Miss a Class?

 

If you or your child need to miss a class due to vacation, illness, scheduling, etc. please let your instructor know. We are unfortunately not able to offer make ups, credits or transfers, but will gladly see you at the next class!
