947 Swim provides swim lessons, aquatic fitness, private instruction, and open water programming in Bowen Island, British Columbia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Registration & Accounts
Parents or legal guardians must register minors. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Payments
All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds and credits are governed by our posted Cancellations & Refunds Policy.

6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in aquatic activities involves inherent risks. All participants must complete a Liability Waiver before participation.

7. Code of Conduct
Participants and parents must follow safety guidelines and behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove participants without refund for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content is the property of 947 Swim and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by BC law, 947 Swim is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or program participation.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada.
