Service Description

Must have passed Stage 2a (North Van) or Red Cross Swim Kids 5 (Red Cross). This is a multi level swim class of levels 5 and 6. Swimmers will be evaluated at the appropriate level to their swimming ability. These swimmers will become proficient at deep water skills including stride entries and compact jumps. They’ll develop lifesaving kicks such as eggbeater and scissor kick. Breaststroke, front crawl, and back crawl are further developed. Head-up swims, interval training and a 300m workout develop strength and endurance. *GST 5% ($13.70) included in the fees. **Square Fees ($8.64) included in the fees. Cancellation Policy

Before Classes Begin: If you are registered, but are now no longer able to make the classes, please let us know as soon as possible. We can only give refunds if reasonable time permits to find a replacement. Payment fees will not be refunded. After Classes Start: There are no refunds or credits for classes after the start of the first class.
