This 45 min workout is low impact for all ages regardless of your fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or a conditioned athlete, this class will build strength, flexibility and cardio fitness and allows the participants to go at their own pace. Catchy tunes, sociable surroundings, and a great alternative way to work all the muscles in your body. This class is undoubtedly an enjoyable aquatic exercise experience. Bring water, hat and sunglasses. Sun shirt recommended but optional.
