SWIM FIT 12-15 YRS.

 

 

This program is designed for youth that are interested in swimming for fitness and preparing for lifesaving programs such as the FAST program with the West Vancouver School District. Stroke improvement and technique is focused on for all four strokes to build endurance and work towards swimming for fitness.

*Prerequisite: Must have completed Swim For Life Swimmer level 6 or Red Cross Swim Kids 7 Equivalent

  • Mon-Fri July 17-28 (10 classes) 8:45am-9:30am *12-15yrs.
