Beginner 13-15 years

 

 

 

This level is for youth that have taken previous swim classes but would like to review and improve their swimming skills and build confidence. Participants will learn the fundamental movement skills for all 4 strokes will learn self safety skills such as treading water, and shallow and deep water entries such as dives and rolls

This level provides youth the skills to perform and be introduced to all four strokes of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Stroke improvement and technique is focused on for all four strokes to build endurance and work towards swimming for fitness, preparation for lifesaving courses or participating in a masters work out.
